You must seek the permission of the person/company prior to referring to Foundry Creative. The referred person/company must not already be registered on the Foundry Creative database. Where more than one person introduces the person, Foundry Creative will operate on a first come first served basis. A new iPad Air or payment of £250 will be made for every person/company introduced by you who places their first purchase order to the minimum value of £950 (excluding VAT). Print/delivery (if required) included in minimum order but to be no more than 20% of invoice total. Payment of the reward will be by BACs. Any costs and expenses incurred by you in respect of the payment method will be borne by you. UK only. Payments will be made in GBP Sterling The scheme is only valid for 12 months from the 1st January 2016 In the event of any disputed fees, following all reasonable reference checks, Foundry Creative’s decision will be final. If you receive referral rewards from Foundry Creative then it is your responsibility for the declaration of these rewards to the Inland Revenue. It is your responsibility to pay any tax which becomes due by you as a result of such referral rewards and you indemnify us against any liability for tax due by you. Foundry Creative reserve the right to decline any referral without explanation, this is essential so as not to compromise our Client confidentiality. Foundry Creative reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions of the Referral Incentive Scheme without written notice. These terms are final and non-negotiable.
